Shipping policy

Currently, we are shipping within the United States only.

Most orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays. Once shipped, orders may take 2–5 days to arrive, not including processing time. Tracking notification emails are sent when the order is processed, not shipped. Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer. 

Domestic shipping 

We offer flat-rate shipping for $10 and free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.
